A Tennessee farm has confirmed that every single one of its workers has tested positive for covid-19 and an Iowa pork processor is to cease operations after a mass infection, as concerns mount about the security of America's food supply chain.


Henderson Farm in Evensville, in the east of the state, said that almost 200 people were infected.


All but three of the workers were asymptomatic, said Jon Schwalls, executive officer of Southern Valley, which runs the farm.

On Thursday Tyson Foods announced it was closing its pork processing plant in Storm Lake, Iowa, after almost a quarter of the workforce tested positive for covid-19.


A total of 555 people have been confirmed as having caught covid-19, the company said.

Exactly what should be expected. Isolated outbreaks. Shut these work places down for a month. Have the employees self quarentine. Then back to business a month later. Test the employees again, the ones with a clean bill go back to work, the one who still test positive or who still don't feel well enough to work take a little more time off until they are ready.

What is so hard about this. Seems simple.

They actually do make some good boneless wings as well.

I'll put in on the record.....

When you go to a restaurant, a man MUST NOT EVER order boneless wings for himself.

However its ok for a man to put frozen boneless wings in the oven in his own house to eat.

Both tyson chicken nuggets AND boneless wings are delicious when eating in your own house. NOT at a restaurant.

For the record, i do NOT like eating chicken wings that have to be heated in the microwave. Burns my hand as i'm eating

98.5% asymptomatic in this tiny sample.
It's like he doesn't even realize that this weakens his doomsday stance, it doesn't strengthen it.
